Home Health Aide (HHA)

Job Description

BEHA Home Health Care is seeking caring and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to assist clients with daily living activities in the comfort of their homes. HHAs play a key role in improving quality of life by providing personal care, companionship, and support while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Requirements

Experience in caregiving or home care preferred
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Good communication skills
Ability to follow care plans and instructions

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide mobility assistance and transfers
Support meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping duties
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a clean and safe home environment

Preferred Qualifications

First Aid and CPR certification
Experience working with elderly or disabled clients
