Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

BEHA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality, home-based care to our clients. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with both medical and personal care needs while promoting safety, comfort, and independence in the home environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in home health care or clinical settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
Basic knowledge of medical procedures and safety protocols

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic skilled nursing care under supervision
Administer medications as prescribed
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Perform wound care and basic treatments
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Educate and support patients and their families
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in home-based care
First Aid and CPR certification
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
